This workshop is designed for anyone, whether you are your own leader or leading a team, who wants to discover/rediscover your innate talents and Strengths. Studies have shown that great leadership starts with self-awareness. According to a study done by Dr. Tasha Eurich is an organizational psychologist, researcher, and New York Times best-selling author, 95% of people feel that they are self-aware but in reality only 10-15% of people actually are self-aware.
Applying the positive psychology, this workshop will only focus on Strengths and how you can maximize your Strengths to trump your weaknesses and lead at your best naturally and confidently. It will be based on the proven CliftonStrengths assessment invented by the Father of Strengths Psychology, Dr. Don Clifton that has now been used by over 20 million people globally including organizations like Facebook, Accenture and Bank BCA.
All participants need to complete the CliftonStrengths assessment latest by a week before training
This workshop will be conducted on March 21-22, 2019 in Santika Premiere Hotel, Jl. Ks Tubun Jakarta Barat
